Yes. Every Go StorPro facility features 24/7 AI-enabled surveillance cameras, a fully fenced perimeter, LED lighting throughout the property, and our purpose-built smart lock system. Unlike third-party Bluetooth add-ons that other storage companies use, our locks are fully integrated, hardwired, and WiFi-enabled — designed from the ground up for the Go StorPro platform. Every access event is logged digitally, so there’s a complete record of who accessed what and when.

We offer two pricing options: flexible month-to-month rates for short-term needs, or an annual commitment plan that saves you roughly 30% compared to month-to-month. With the annual plan, you still pay monthly — you’re just committing to 12 months. Long-term members earn loyalty discounts on top of that. No deposit required on any plan. You can manage your account, view access history, and share digital keys from anywhere using the Go StorPro app. However, to physically open the gate and your unit, you need to be at the facility with the app on your phone. Our smart lock system uses WiFi-enabled hardware that communicates directly with your phone — it’s not a Bluetooth add-on, so it’s fast and reliable every time.

Yes. The Go StorPro app lets you share digital key access with anyone you choose — family members, roommates, employees, or movers. Each person gets their own digital key through the app, so there’s no need to coordinate schedules or hand off physical keys. You can grant and revoke access at any time.

Yes, you can have several units, in the same or different facilities, with the same user account. All storage units are managed in the App.

Yes. Our larger units (10x20 and 10x23) can accommodate cars, motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, riding mowers, and other large equipment. All units are ground-level with drive-up access, so you can drive right in. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
